When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from Germany. During vacations and sales seasons, your order will take longer to be processed. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it will take 1 to 3 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take, depending on the country, between 2 and 9 days.
Will I have to pay customs and taxes?
All additional costs, such as taxes, customs duties, etc., will be borne by the customer.
From an order value of 100€, we ship free of charge within Germany.
